The ESC are hosting their Summer Stamp Auction Monday, August 8th, 5:00 pm at the Central Lions Recreation Centre 11113 113 St. Edmonton Alberta.
The ESC & EFB are working together with two great causes in mind. Supporting Edmonton and area communities by:
1, A non perishable food “drop off” bin will be located at the front entrance of the Central Lions Recreation Centre.
Your food donation will provide a meal for those who need it the most. Please Donate !!
2. If you are interested in finding information of individual stamps or collections please attend.
One way of doing this is to view over (200) lots of Canadian and Worldwide stamps and compare with your collection.
Or perhaps you want to start collecting or are in-line for an inheritance.
THIS WHAT TO EXPECT
- ADMISSION FREE 5:00 pm. (Public Invited)
- A social gathering of visiting old friends and meeting new ones with a common interest, stamp related.
Ask questions, meet the Directors.
Two or three dealers of stamps, covers and postcards(without stock) will be attending to answer questions you may have.
- Snacks by Ella EURO Catering at 5:30 pm and thereafter viewingof over 200 Stamp lots.
An added feature this year is about a dozen lots will be sold by silent auction. Check it out.
- You are the guest of the ESC please take in the evening events of the stamp auction process
Consider making notes of prices realized by the auctioneer which may give you some insight as to your own collection or holding.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to bid in the auction you can purchase a one day’s ESC membership for $2.00 (toonie) which entitles you to a “bidding” card.
Then select your lots of interest and have Fun bidding against other stamp enthusiasts.
Auction Starts at 6:30 pm—Auction start at 6:30 pm.
